INFO FOR STATE-WIDE & NATIONAL PARTICIPANTS
Allies from around the state and throughout the country are making plans to join the CIW for this important 2-day mobilization in Miami. Please consider joining or organizing a caravan from your area or fundraising to send a representative from your group/organization. We need strong numbers and wide representation of our allies in order to send a powerful message to Burger King!

Lodging & Registration
We are working together with Miami-area congregations to line up free lodging for out-of-town allies. Accommodations are modest (mostly floor space), but safe. Lodging is available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, November 29th – December 1st. To register for housing, please click here.
The best airports to fly into are:
Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL)
Miami International Airport (MIA)
Travel sites such as www.sidestep.com are good places to search for tickets and compare prices.
If you need assistance with an airport pick-up or drop-off, please contact Damara at damaraluce(at)gmail.com
If you prefer to stay in a hotel, we suggest that you book a room in downtown Miami, near the march start site and Saturday's events. The website www.sidestep.com is a great place to compare prices and amenities. Two centrally-located budget hotels are:
River Park Hotel & Suites
Continental Downtown Bayside
Lunch will be provided to all registered participants on Friday, November 30th and Saturday, December 1st. Dinner on Friday and breakfast on Saturday morning will also be provided, on a limited basis, to out-of-town participants who are staying at the free lodging sites and are able to make financial contributions towards the meals.
